Student Customer Service

As a young start-up, content is key when it comes to increasing our brand recognition. That’s why we’re constantly looking for fresh talent that can help us on our journey to create the ultimate customer experience and we want you to be part of that adventure as well. We have student jobs available for students with different backgrounds and fields of interest to help our customer team.


We’re looking for a motivated student who can assist with day-to-day contact with our Mealheroes.

As a student in our Customer Team, you will be the point of contact for our clients and/or delivery partners. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Manage incoming phone calls and mails on delivery days.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow the Track&Trace of all orders carefully and anticipate when necessary towards our clients and delivery partners.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools about their delivery status.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers


  • College or university student
  • You are available 2-3 time/week as from September (planning will be based on your course schedule).
  • You don’t mind working on delivery nights.
  • You have great communication skills and have great listening, analysing, speaking and writing skills.
  • You have a creative mindset and proactive flexible work-attitude.
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English, written and spoken.
  • You can work independently and solution-minded.
